Entertaining Harassment Webinars and Other Virtual Training

At Shorago Training Services, we have been providing entertaining harassment webinars since 2013. We have also provided engaging webinars in discrimination prevention, legal issue-spotting for managers, and workplace communication skills. In fact, we can adapt nearly any of our live, in-person training sessions into engaging and useful instructor-led webinars.

Need more information? Our trainer, Alisa Shorago, has earned a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer designation. She designs our webinars for frequent interactivity and delivers them in a conversational way that keeps the learners engaged. Here are a few comments from participants in her entertaining harassment webinars and engaging communication skills webinars in 2020:

• [Alisa was] top shelf. Enjoyed her style and expertise. Looking forward to next time. – Manager, Defense Industry

• The training was fantastic! I am so impressed how personable and relaxed it felt in an online format. – HR Director, Tech Industry

• Great Job! I’m receiving nothing but positive feedback and I thank you! – HR Director, Aerospace Industry

Webinars are ideal when you want live, group training but your employees are working from home, remote, or geographically scattered. There may be other logistical reasons to gather virtually for training. Here are some advantages to webinars, as opposed to live, in-person training. And with interpersonal communication topics – which includes harassment prevention – a live, group training by a skilled trainer will always be more effective than asynchronous online training (otherwise known as eLearning, which a learner takes on his or her own).

A webinar succeeds (or crashes and burns) depending on its design and delivery. Engaged participants learn and apply their learning, making your company’s training investment worthwhile. Bored participants tune out and develop or confirm negative opinions about webinars.
